After last year’s successful national tour, cook-off pros Theo Peck and Nick Suarez along with presenting sponsor Brooklyn Brewery are returning to the ROAD for year two with the nation’s premier culinary competition…
Originally New York City’s premier food competition, the Food Experiments is now the nation’s leading cook-off, where 20 to 25 of the most dedicated amateur chefs vie for CULINARY GLORY! Home cooking enthusiasts create their best dishes, within the unique theme, ranging from savory to sweet. Some wear costumes, some pimp out their table, but all come to win over the palates of the audience and our esteemed culinary judging panel. Attend and YOU could determine the next cook-off king or queen. Anyone can compete! Anyone can win!
Do you have what it takes to compete? The Food Experiments stand out on the cook-off circuit for attracting the most committed, passionate, and intense competitors. They range from lawyers and architects to teachers and graphic designers, yet they all possess two things: a competitive spirit and a love for cooking.
The Food Experiments 2012 National Tour will culminate after 16 cities with an All-Star battle of epic proportions. All National Experiment winners will be sent to Brooklyn for a weekend of food, fun, and competition against the nation’s and Brooklyn’s best. Check out the tour schedule to see when we will be coming to your city!
A portion of the proceeds will go towards charities that promote sustainability and local culinary education for disadvantaged children and teens.
